Scope of Services

• custom landing page as a one-page website with up to 6 content sections
• Legal Notice and Privacy Policy as separate pages
• jump-link navigation within the one-page website
• responsive layout for desktop, tablet, and smartphone
• copywriting based on the information and bullet points provided
• placement of up to 10 provided images, including basic cropping
• compact section for a blog, news, jobs, events, references, or projects
• simple contact form
• foundational technical search engine optimization
• 2 consolidated revision rounds

Care Packages

At least Website Care Basic is required for ongoing operation:

• Website Care Basic – Hosting, technical maintenance, security and compatibility updates, version control, and restoration.
• Website Care Advanced – Also includes minor content changes and up to 3 short-form posts per month.
• Website Care Pro – Also includes more extensive content support, up to 5 short-form posts per month, and 2 new website pages per contract year.

A Care package can be upgraded at any time. Before downgrading, the current package must have been active for at least 3 months.

Add-ons

• CMS – Content Management System: Lets you independently maintain configured website content and posts. Setup, user and media management, and ongoing technical CMS service are included.
• Multilingual website: Adds further language versions to the website within the agreed scope.
